All sales are final. We do not offer exchange, credit or refund for incorrect choice or change of mind. Please view all item photos and read item descriptions carefully to ensure correct choice. You are also welcome to contact us if you have any questions about an item before going ahead with your purchase(s). If there is a problem with your order, please contact us regarding the issue. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email and you can use it to track your order here.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to this store not being responsible for any losses that may occur in postage. However, to date, no packages have been lost, only returned-to-sender on rare occasions due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by customer or due to the customer failing to collect the item. Please ensure you double check your shipping address at checkout and follow the tracking of your item here on the Australia Post website.



Base shipping costs are determined by Australia Post. Our shipping charges are the exact cost of shipping plus a small amount to cover the cost of packaging. We keep charges as low as we possibly can as we know how international shipping costs can be quite high. If you’d like to see for yourself, you can calculate shipping charges here in the AusPost website. Enter “2000” (Sydney NSW) as the “FROM” location, then enter your country. Be sure to keep an eye out for coupons and discounts, which are always announced on Instagram stories.
