At the checkout the buyer has the option of choosing between TWO shipping options:
- Standard Air Mail – Fully Tracked
- Economy Air Mail – NOT Tracked
The lower cost option is Economy Air Mail, which has no tracking. This means once your item is shipped, we will not be able to track it’s journey to you, and in the rare instance that it is lost, we cannot locate it.
By selecting the Economy Air Mail option, the customer acknowledges that this store is not responsible for any losses that occur in postage. For this reason we recommend choosing Standard Air Mail, but in an effort to keep costs to a minimum we still offer the lower cost option.
Base shipping costs are determined by Australia Post. Our shipping charges are the exact cost of shipping plus a small amount (usually 30 cents to one dollar in AUD) to cover the cost of packaging. We keep charges as low as we possibly can as we know how international shipping costs can be brutal. If you’d like to see for yourself, you can calculate shipping charges here in the AusPost website.
