Our shipping service, Australia Post, is experiencing delays on international packages due to limited flights and increased package volumes. Delivery timeframes will vary due to limited air capacity, flight cancellations and border closures. For example, some countries in Europe are experiencing a delay of up to 3 months on packages. Currently, there are only minor delivery delays on packages shipped within Australia, and in most cases, no delays at all. If your state has gone back into lockdown, there may be increased delays to your area. So far we have not experienced any significant delays for domestic orders.
